Where It All Started

Koenig Concrete is a family-owned company, led by our involved owners, Karen and Steve Koenig. The Koenigs started the Company in 1990, when Steve started out from his garage as the talent, and Karen managed the books and marketing from her home office in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. They quickly outgrew their garage, and they rented space not far from their home and became incorporated in 1995. In 2006, they purchased and moved into our current facility which covers 2+ acres at 1401 Industrial Avenue in Jefferson, Wisconsin.

35 Years of Concrete Excellence: Overcoming Challenges, Building Success

2008 brought the Great Recession, and building and construction companies were hit significantly hard. Koenig Concrete Corp persevered, and it was one of the few who survived those long lean years. The Koenigs entered the commercial arena and found its niche in footings and walls by investing in equipment and talent for more efficiency.

Today, Koenig Concrete Corporation is proud of its reputable image in the Southeastern region. This accomplishment is because of the talents of our crews and management. The Koenigs commit to being generous and fair to those demonstrating strong work ethics, dedication, common sense, safety, and reinvestment in the business so we remain competitive while offering quality construction. This approach to business is why Koenig Concrete continues to grow and thrive.
